CULTA Stash Pass Program Terms & Conditions

Your participation in the CULTA Stash Pass Rewards program (the "Program") is governed by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), which may be updated periodically. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in the Program.

Program Modifications and Discretionary Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Additionally, we may impose restrictions on enrollment, limit access, or change program rules at our sole discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or terminations of the Program. These Terms shall remain in effect even after the Program or your Rewards Account is terminated.

Privacy Policy

Your participation in the CULTA Stash Pass Rewards program is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose customer information. It also outlines how you can update your personal details and manage communication preferences.

Program Guidelines

  1. Modification Rights: CULTA reserves the right to change point accumulation rules, discount structures, and eligibility criteria at any time.
  2. Program Adjustments: We may alter or terminate the rewards program, change point values, or modify benefits without prior notice. Any significant changes will be communicated using the contact information provided at enrollment.
  3. Minimum Purchase Requirement: In accordance with Maryland state law, when redeeming points for cannabis products, a minimum purchase of at least one penny ($0.01) is required.

How to Join the Program

The Program is open to customers aged 21+ or medical patients aged 18+ at participating CULTA locations ("Customers").

To enroll, Customers must complete the sign-up process via the Program’s website: https://www.culta.com/rewards and provide the required information.

By enrolling, Customers consent to receive recurring marketing messages via text or email. While Customers may opt out of these communications at any time, they will still remain enrolled in the Program. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Customers are limited to one (1) Rewards Account per person or phone number. Attempting to register multiple accounts using different phone numbers or identities may result in disqualification. CULTA is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by Customers. Rewards Accounts with no qualifying activity (points earned, redeemed, or purchases made) for six (6) months may be deactivated. Inactive accounts may be removed at our discretion, but Customers may re-enroll at any time.

How to Earn Points

  • Customers earn one (1) point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases, after discounts and deductions.
  • Additional promotions may be available periodically to enhance point accumulation.
  • Customers can track their point balance through Alpine IQ’s wallet app or by requesting a balance update from a CULTA Budtender at checkout.
  • Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the Customer associated with the Rewards Account.
  • Returns will result in a deduction of the corresponding points from the Customer’s Rewards Account.
  • Unused points will expire and be removed after six (6) months (183 days).

How to Redeem Points

  • Points can be redeemed for product discounts, but transactions must comply with Maryland state law, requiring a minimum purchase of $0.01.
  • Points cannot be combined with other daily or promotional discounts.
  • Redemption of points is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen points will not be replaced.

Account Security & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their Rewards Account login credentials. Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately. CULTA is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of a Rewards Account. We may suspend or terminate access to a Rewards Account at our sole discretion. If an account is terminated, these Terms shall still apply where relevant.

Dispute Resolution & Claiming Points

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate point accrual. Any disputes regarding missing points must be submitted within two (2) months of the accrual date. CULTA is not liable for technical, typographical, or other errors that result in missing points.

Disqualifying Activities

CULTA reserves the right to remove or suspend a Rewards Account and cancel points if any disqualifying activities are detected, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Selling, transferring, or attempting to trade points in an unauthorized manner.
  • Excessive or fraudulent accumulation of points.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and acknowledge that violations may result in the suspension or termination of your Rewards Account.
